Tactical Paradigms

Description
Adds unique traits to spice up races, emphasizing tactical changes such as new subsystems and mods, without adding wholly new races or lifestyles. Each option will add uniques on top of defaults, and should never remove or block upgrades that could be otherwise taken.
Currently includes:
Warbands: Unlocks the "Warband Fleet Computer" and "Redlined Booster Engine" with 10% better performance than their base counterpart, as well as unlocking the "Ceramic Armor" support subsystem that behaves like Crystalline but with stats sitting comfortably between Crystalline and Plate.
Shielders: Unlocks a "Trivariant" shield generator that resists incoming fire, an integrity field generator that provides support to neighboring hexes at the cost of power and benefits from shield capacity research, and a "Trivariant" upgraded shield harmonizer with 10% better effects than the base model.
Energy-specialists: Unlocks a unique fusion generator with extremely low maintenance and flagship/support beam lasers with 10% DPS above and beyond the advantages posed by continuous beams.

Will soon include (subject to change):
Consolidation: Offers flagship-grade equipment to supports when the subsystems would normally unlock, but will slash allowed supports per flagship or otherwise artificially appear larger than they are.
Assassins: Starts with the ability to cloak, and likely will include an improved Rocket Pod and planetary subsystems for an emphasis on precision strikes.
Skirmishers: Utilizes speed and advanced liquid armor to strike strategically.
