Proudspire Smithing Chamber

Description
[Possibly obsolete. Not updated for a long time.]

Complete re-do from my original version! (Much, much better I must say)

First note: Absolutely no containers from Skyrim.esm nor the old version of this mod have been deleted; they have only been moved, no items will be lost. This includes items on plaques and Desecrated Corpse. I have thoroughly scrutenized this new version of Proudspire Smithing Chamber for an entire day, making sure all bugs and problems are dealt with. If you must load a save in which you were standing in the old room, worry not! I have seen to it that you will be safe and able jump through the downstair ceiling back inside the house. Please report any problem of any sort even insignificant object collision in the comments :) - Much more content and visual perfection coming soon. (Clarification - Proudspire Manor is the buyable Solitute house, and this mod adds a large basement chamber accessible through a door near the bottom house exit/entrance.)

V 4.5 notes:
• There had been reports of the mini alchemy chest gobbling up for herbs into the void, so that chest is now hidden and shrunk further behind one of the tools on the alchemy table; I did not delete it, fret not.
• Two alchemy satchels added to where the mini chest used to be on the alchemy table. These satchels will not reset.
•Added minor lighting repairs to the smithing chamber
• Added a few new decorations to the chamber, including but not limited to wall shelves at the table, paper and quill on the table, decorative hanging wall carpets on blank walls, rolled spare carpet near book shelf, two new wall shelves at the alchemy table, and more.
• More additions on their way!

V 4.4.5 notes:
Immediately fixed a scenario which allowed the two dead prisoners to be not as...dead..as intended.

V 4.4 notes:
• Wood chopping block & wood added (Two axes provided)
• Dead prisoners now in cage
• Very minor aesthetic additions such as birds nest in tree, bloody rags & a dagger in the cage, etc.

V 4.3 notes:
• Rare bug fixed (random Whiterun crash)
• New central smithing chamber tree instead of crystal spires.
• Minor aesthetic alterations.

V 4.1 notes:
• Skyforge unicorn bird added above forge.
• Wall mounted heads added: Dragon, Wolf, Bear, Mudcrab, Elk.
• Mysterium Xarxes added again, it's on the dwemer table.
• Vines, creep cluster, icicles, etc added for aesthetic purposes.
• Few more wall horn candles added near new objects.
• Various other items added including hidden and special things.

V 4.0 notes:
• Old spare bedroom used for previous version completely removed, all items and containers transfered to new room.
• Completely new, large, unique, manually built area beyond the original basement door leading to Smithing Chamber.
• 6 wall weapon plaques perfectly functional, one of which is shield + 2 weapon plaque.
• Four perfectly functional mannequins to display your fancy gear.
• All forging items are present ([Sky]Forge, Smelter, Tanning Rack, Workbench, Grinding Wheel, etc).
• Relaxation spot with chairs, food, cutlery, fire, and a throne if you prefer.
• Wonderful ambient lighting, candles, and a central crystal.
• Very large mounted Mammoth skull, two hidden daedra hearts, ingots, ores, other items.
• Storage circle and other conveniently located containers.
• Various other decoration and rugs, including rugs in the original basement
• Containers for Alchemy and Enchanting remain from previous version at the same location.
• Three perfectly functional book shelves. One fancy tweaked book shelf.
• Fitting items placed on Workbench and Forge, such as hammers, tongs, leather, and more.
• You have taken the road sign from Helgen as a souvenir; it is on the workbench wall.
• And much, much more to see and use!

Ok, tomorrow morning I will add a little patch that puts two alchemy satchels on the alchemy table and they will not be able to reset/respawn, so no loss of herbs. The mini chest is now hidden behind one of the glass tools of the table and is very small, but I did not want to delete it because some people will still have things in there. I added a couple wall shelves right near the alchemy table as well as three wall shelves at the smithing chamber desk. I put some parchment, quills, and a candle on the same smithing chamber desk. There will be two new wall rugs in the smithing chamber just to fill a couple blank walls, and I added a couple minor new lighting bulbs to candles that previouslt did not have them. This will go up tomorrow, and in another day or two I'll fix up some more :)

I'll check out this chest problem and fix it asap. It's strange, 'cause I use the mini chest and have not encountered this problem. I'll put a new storage container there and move the mini chest somewhere else hidden but accessible so that any stored items are not lost to anybody. Sorry about that! While doing that I'll add a few more structures of use such as racks. Sorry everybody for the lack of updates recently.

Gee, we are both REAL old, thank you for the wonderful mod, any chance to get the guest out of my forge? He has over stayed his welcome, and the human remains do not help quality control. Would you please look at the issue of the chest flushing itself between visits? When I come back it has maybe one or two generic items not my 100's of stuff I have been hording.

Thanks, and blessings on blessings.

Logic, Whatever is making your day (availability) more complex I pray that it all works out for the better.

Sir Buford, (smile)

Gee I think you are just the right age @buford. :) I am the same. :)

Twice now I have lost all my ingredients when using the undersized chest located on the alchemy table. A simple alchemy bag or knapsack would suffice. For now I store all my ingredients in the empty barrel just down the hall from the enchanting station and it seems to be problem free.

Maybe because I am a real old man (58) but I normally choose not to decorate my home with dead bodies, cages, or cages with dead bodies. I'd rather use the room for a few more weapon racks or even better a few more functional (safe) storage chests.

Otherwise this is one of my favorite mods, thank you.

Due to unexpected and sudden changes to my availabilty, Hjerim 2.0 will not be released in the near future :(. Progress has ceased and will be still for another few weeks or more. I apologize to those that may have been awaiting it, and encourage you to search in the workshop for other Hjerim mods that I'm sure will be there and be up to doing the job :)

Thank you for staying with this. Great mod. Just what was needed. Can not wait for Hjerim 2.0 to be out. :)

Your attention to making sure this mod flowed smoothly is greatly appreciated. No problems loading it up, and all my existing things were still at home when I checked. I also appreciated the corpse in the forge, the sign, and the little oddities all around the room. Love this.

Oh P.S. - Reloading your save seems to fix the mannequins so I hear. I have not seen them animated myself.
