Description
This mod adds a new level of Power Generators that run on Power Cores.

If you are looking for a way of producing Power Cores, I have created a mod for doing such: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1613443170

Changes included:

Adds a new building named "Power Core Generator"
- Construction components:
15 Iron Plates
20 Electrical Components
10 Steel Bars
5 Robotic Components

- Fuel: Power Core
- Rate: 2000 hours
- Power Output: 500 (+250 per imrpovement research with 2 iterations)

Tech Level required is 5

Includes the research techs:
- Power Core Generator Theory:
Cost: 4 Ancient Science Books, 2 Engineering Researchs
Unlocks building "Power Core Generator"

- Amplified Power Core Generator:
2 Iterations
Cost (per iteration): 4 Ancient Science Books
Increases building power output by 250kw

Changed the name of "Generator II" to "Heavy Generator"
I feel this is pretty vanilla friendly, and the cost is fairly high related to the benefits.

@majrs1 select the steel refinery and use the arrow selector to cycle through the options to the radioactive ore refinery. Great Mod!

Hi there. Great MOD, but I cannot figure out how to make the radioactive bars? I'm probably missing something really simple.

Also, given that the base item reference is the same, it should not have any impact, it will get renamed and the new Generator will be added as an upgrade.

1. I understand, see the suggestions in my original post, maybe that will help people in getting around to using this.

2. Oh, ok, I see, so "Generator II" is now named "Heavy Generator" and upgrades to "Power Core Generator", that is ok then, I've overlooked, sorry. Didn't mean making the new model, just not altering the functionality of the existing buildings. Not sure how that change will now work with existing saves with a "Generator II". A preexisting "Generator II" will probably not get upgraded to the power core one now.

Anyway, good work. Looking forward to using it.

1. The idea for the generators came to me while scavenging on an Ancient Lab, and got into it right away. Honestly, I do think they both should be a single mod, but haven't got around to make it.

2. I have not changed Generator II for the new one, I just changed the name to be more close to the research name. If you refer to me making a new model for the generator, I am not that good :(

3. I feel like that too. If we have them, why not use them?
