Achievement Turbo RHOB v4 | Winter Version

Description
Winter version of the final release of the RHOB revamp of achievement_turbo.

A lot of things have changed from v3, namely:
•The transformation of the large lake into a city area
•Moving the disco from Pyro's house basement to the city
•Adding a lab to pyro's house
•Adding a 3rd floor to the admin house
•General improvements of the map as a whole
•Improvements in optimization
•Various new easter eggs...
