oh i didnt know that cuz the map swaps as well i didnt know it was intended i thought something was wrong

If by that you mean it gives you an older focus tree, that is intentional as part of the Yakuza Rising Submod. If by that you mean it gives you a vanilla tree, I can only suggest that the install is bugged.

everytime i try to play as yakuza it forces me and the map into vanilla yakuza

Those are map mods. But I'm not sure if mod packs like that would work.
