OWB: Salvage Reworked

Description
Description:
Mod reworks how vanilla OWB does its Salvage feature, where you send men and equipment in the Wastes and roll the dice to get something useful out of it, by moving it from decisions to its own interface and adding a bunch of features to make it more intuitive and useful.

Features:
Salvage mapmod button with an indicator

A button to open, or turn on if it wasn't yet, Salvage interface.
Red: Salvage is turned off.
Yellow: Prospecting is unavailable, either because of an ongoing prospecting operation, lack of resources to send a new prospectors team or an ongoing lost contact event.
Green: You can send prospectors into the Wasteland now.
Hotkey: Ctrl+S

Main Buttons

Sends prospector teams, indicators on the side shows on which of 9 levels it's currently on.
Hotkey: Ctrl+Z, Ctrl+X, Ctrl+C

Upgrade Buttons

Upgrades prospector teams size for political power, from level 1 to 9. Better equipped teams have fewer chances to die in the Wasteland and more to actually come back with salvage. Upgrades can be always rolled back for a halved political cost.

Any found bugs, weirdness and suggestions leave in comments.

I've completed three runs but it doesn't give an event detailing what I got, did I get nothing?

Oops, saw the tutorial now

How do you form the prospector teams? They never seem to form after clicking the button.

As far as rewriting OWB files go, it edits scavenging_decisions into an empty file and change one interface file a bit to add the button. Everything else is original. So unless some mod also edits these two specific files, there won't be any conflict

@GreaterMojaveResident, Thank you. And it doesn't, as it generate a lot of stuff to work properly at the new game start

Absolutely great. Better scavenging system than the built-in one. Doesn't work if added mid-game though (at least it didn't for me).

I mean hey, if it works it works, and if you didn't even notice any issues at *all* even after they updated the code then it's probably a good sign that things as they are work still

Honestly, didn't know that vanilla scavenging was changed in the latest update, since I just use my mod all the time. Will look at the changes and work from there
