Description
Warhammer3 port

There are all kinds of scoundrels and, worse, Druchii in the sea these days. And what does the Asur fleet do about it? Nothing! Today the High Elf fleet says get off my lawn! Ocean. Whatever.

This pack introduces ship-building (hybrid horde) to the High Elves, in the form of one lord type+LL capable of it and their own contingents.
NEWS: Aislinn available in campaign (read the blog post)[www.patreon.com] in Cothique, obviously via Mixu unlocker.

MAIN FEATURES:
- New lord type for High Elves, with three variants and one mount, leading an amphibious horde, a Sea Patrol fleet.
- New LL, Sea Lord Aislinn[www.patreon.com] (campaign in Cothique).
- The fleet can recruit internally or garrison capitals for local and global recruitment. Only certain vanilla and new units can be recruited in the fleet.
- Sea Helms can also enter a unique Mist Trap stance on land for some replenishment and bonuses.
- Lord and fleet come with 11 unique building chains, 10 unique innate skills (for 40 Influence), whole new red line. The fleet’s main squadron grows from a Hawkship patrol to Eagleship fleet to a mighty Dragonship. Sea Helms can be recruited at zero-influence too but their fleet won’t grow.

- The fleet cannot support nearby armies like the black ark, cannot drastically reduce upkeep either, but is more versatile and comes with its own army abilities.
- This is available in both campaigns for the navally-inclined Lothern, Loremasters and Cothique (latter requires unlocker, ofc).
- Units added in custom battle to generic High Elves and a new dedicated Sea Patrol subfaction that comes with a stricter roster but with army abilities.
- Sources: armybooks and Storm of Chaos supplement.
- I like HESP as an acronym, it rolls fine.


Units:
Includes four new units that can only be recruited by the fleet:
- Sea Company: unarmoured sword marines;
- Lothern Sea Rangers: equivalent to Shadow Warriors;
- Silver Helm Marines: a Dragonship’s aristocratic marine crew;
- Lothern Swiftfeather Riders: Seaguards riding Rocs, tactical replacement of Lothern Skycutters and comparable to welf Hawk Riders.
- Skycutters and Merwyrms (thanks to ChaosRobie!), cutters TBD as mounts.
- These units can ONLY be recruited by the new lords, who can only while stanced out at sea or when garrisoning.
- The Sea Helm is promoted to a Lord compared to tabletop for the mechanic to even remotely work. His Skycutter mount option is replaced with a Swiftfeather Roc.
- Yes, it works for AI too and allegedly MP as well.

COMPATIBILITY and CREDITS:
- Should be compatible with pretty much everything vanilla-friendly, including Adopotato’s helf hair.
- Stats made for vanilla but they’re also automatically adapted for CTT when present.
- Anybody can do other overhaul submods[tw-modding.com], don’t ask me. In fact, SFO submod by Flamboyant Schemer, and for Lucky's by L82H8, for Radious by Louie04k.
- Supports Tabletop Caps.
- Thanks to the usual crowd in the the Modding Den Discord and CA for helping with the new features.
- Thanks to Marthenil for the usual model transparency tricks and for Aislinn's sword, and Mixu/Vandy/Lost for substantial script help.
- Skycutter and Merwyrm imported with specific permission from ChaosRobie's mods! Stats changed, does not replace the og mods in anything.

KNOWN ISSUES:
- A lot of final features are workarounds to stuff that simply didn’t work because of current limitations; for example the zero-influence option was unwanted.

FUTURE UPGRADES:
- Skycutter mounts.
Please don't ask about more naval mods from me, I have other projects, this was just an experiment. I'm sure there will be 89 shipbuilding mods in the workshop soon enough!
And I'm not bringing this to Nagarythe/Avelorn.

Southern Realms breaks the vampire counts Defiled Cairn building and shifts it under a hidden subsection that causes the game to freeze and crash after a few turns. It has taken me some time to narrow this down and with no other mods than the ones listed required to play southern realms. I tired commenting there but you have the comments disabled for it.

Nagarythe High Elves campaign r not having Sea Patrol and only Tyrion High Elves can recruit it. Pls Add in Nagarythe Faction also in radious modd too.

so glad to see this mod is coming to immortal empires at some point, its so good and I'm really missing it.
