Description
I'll start off by thanking Frantic for featuring Billy in one of his videos:

This is a character from Thomas & Friends, although he may not be familiar to most people, and I understand that. This is because Billy only appeared in one episode - Season 11's 'Don't Be Silly Billy'. And I thought my puns were bad. Here's an example of one of my puns (this one you need to say out loud): I saw someone steal my gate. I didn't say anything in case he took a fence.

In his only episode, Billy is assigned to spend the day working with Thomas. The jobs included transporting diesel fuel to Mavis at the quarry, transporting chickens away from the farm (probably for Colonel Sanders) and something else that I can't remember. For some reason, Billy keeps thinking that Thomas is being really bossy. He says this line four times in the episode - "Stop telling me what to do, Thomas. You are a very bossy engine." He ends up getting his comeuppance by running out of coal and water. After which, him and Thomas have another try at their jobs, and successfully complete them all. The episode ends with Billy saying to Thomas that he's not a really bossy engine and that the silly orange engine really enjoyed working with the blue E2.

Billy is based on the Manning Wardle L class 0-6-0 saddle tank. This was the first of two cases where the MW L class was used as a Thomas character. A more recent character - a purple tank engine called Charlie - is also based on the Manning Wardle L class. Charlie was first introduced in the Season 13 episode 'Play Time'.

Because Rolling Line only has tender engines at the moment, I have had to resort to using the AB model when making Billy. This has been the case for nearly all of my Sodor reskins (Thomas, Edward, Donald and Douglas etc.)

For some reason the shade of orange on my version of Billy is reminding me of pumpkins.
