@Zanoscar - You likely have to test it (but with CSL in Rimworld 1.2, see the link above), the mods have a lot of overlap and so they might cause problems - it is normally recommened to only let one of the mods handle pregnancies, so you could deactivate them in the CSL mod-options and then only use it for the scaling of alien children (it is possible that it can be configured to work, but I am not to sure)
@zadenzeal - CSL (link above) does with the 'Mixed species allowed' option on (should be by default)
(I got the joke, but most people struggle with some of this more involved stuff, had the files still open anyway ;D)
First one was a joke so no offense intended if one was conveyed
'Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\1654061947\1.2\Defs\AlienRace\' 'BetaCamelRace.xml' etc.
at the end of the file you would change this part:
<lifeStageAges>
-<li>
--<def>BetaAdult</def>
--<minAge> 18 </minAge>

-</li>
</lifeStageAges>
