adds clout goggles to the game

this is the worst mod i have ever made

idk how to make recipes so just spawn it in. id is "cloutgoggleshead" (without the quotation marks)

Make it 10 glass, 5 erichus crystal, and a red stim pack


The red stim pack is for a small regen effect if you can make that lol

I didnt know about this mod and then found it on accident.

I just noticed my aunt hung a picture of this man on the wall lol
