Horns of Hattin

4th of July 1187. An enormous army consisting of seven crusader kingdoms and orders marches towards to the besieged city of Tiberias, but the Saracen Army under the lead of Saladin predicted that and ambushed them in the desert.

This battle might be known from the Saladin campaign but this time you play on the side of the crusaders. Scramble for ressources in the inhospitable desert and make a desperate last stand against the numerically superior desert warriors. For how long can you survive, how long will your water supplies last?

You control the troops of the Kingdom of Jerusalem. Keep your allies alive as long as possible as they can supply you with additional ressources and special troops. If you can afford to do that, try to cut the Saracen supply lines and claim some of their goods for your cause.

Inspired by the final mission from the StarCraft 2 Protoss campaign, so expect a similarly hopeless defense. There is no victory, only a delayed demise.
