Description
RETIRED 2018-11-10: With custom games having been released, Speedrunner's Mode will, expectedly, no longer be updated.

The official Speedrunner's Mode for Dead Cells Speedrunning.

This mod changes your starting items to always include Pyrotechnics, Firebrands, and Assault Shield. This mod will serve as a temporary solution until custom modes are released with 1.1 and should have no other effect on the run other than changing the starting items.

Doesnt have to be DLC to be official, the use of it is fine.

Thanks for making this, it really makes speedruns a lot more fun. Although personally I would be in favor of having Torch as well ;) But that should be possible in the upcoming custom mode anyway!

Anybody who has any wits about them - and you better, because mods are too smart for some people! - knows that Workshop content is never actual developer-made content. If it were, it'd be called DLC.

So get off your high horse and just accept that the word 'official' is not a dirty word.
