For example reduced piracy during patrol and repenlishment rates does exist in vanilla much like few of the other things in this mod. It does not mean this mod as introduced them. It has merely enhanced them or edited the values of the bonus for a more balanced experience. That is why i mentioned that navies needed some love in the discription.
Decreased taxes for growth bonus exists also but again its an edited value by me. Other features such a reduced corruption and it links to buildings is new and not exactly part of the game. As i said earlier this mod was updated after the last patch was done. So nothing is breaking the Vanilla game. It is ''enhancing it".
Increased replenishment rate for navies if docked at port.

Perhaps there're more but I'm not sure. I'm very interested in some features of the mod such as buildings against corruption, but I'm afraid the game might crash since the mod contains features which vanilla already has.
