PTO "Virgil" Railgun Turret

The rest of the mods needed to spawn this are in PTO Battleboat Assembly. If you have all of Assembly's mods and still cant spawn this, let me know in the comments!

This is a manually-controlled variant of the Malacoda AI Railgun, and features all the same devastating power of the original while also gaining a new targeting laser. The Virgil has a lengthy chargeup time, but a single devastating blast of its railgun is enough to kill most vehicles.

CONTROLS:
WASD- aim turret
1- fire railgun (must hold down the button for a couple seconds)
2- targeting laser (helps aim the railgun)
