My first snow map.

This time i tried to create a more normal multiplayer map for 4 vs. 4. The setting is a train stopped by partisans right after leaving a small town on an island between two arms of a river. Main fighting spots are a rural countryside, a small destroyed town, a lumber mill and a dense forest. Watch out for the river, it’s a good way to transfer units fast from one fight to another. but it’s also a deadly trap if destroyed by explosives. Oh, and there are 4 larger deep snow fields.

As this is the third map I ever made it might come with some bugs, ugly parts or other problems like balancing. Feel free to comment your findings under this map, I’m will do my best to fix it.



//Note:

The CoH 2 engine doesn't allow bridges to be crossed both over them and under them. Because it was more important to me that your units can walk on the bidges it's impossible to move units along a river under the bridge.

Discription:

The Soviet partisans were members of resistance movements that fought a guerrilla war against the Axis forces in the Soviet Union, the previously Soviet-occupied territories of interwar Poland in 1941–45 and eastern Finland. The activity emerged after the Nazi German Operation Barbarossa during World War II, and according to Great Soviet Encyclopedia it was coordinated and controlled by the Soviet government and modelled on that of the Red Army. The primary objective of the guerrilla warfare waged by the Soviet partisan units was the disruption of the Eastern Front's German rear, especially road and rail communications. There were also regular military formations called partisans, that were used to conduct long-range reconnaissance patrol missions behind Axis lines from the Soviet-held territory.
