Combo Closets Pack

Description
Combined utility closets. Gameplay balanced.

1) A combined closet with all six utilities.
2) A custodian broom closet with the above.



Both have the same footprint and same costs as building them separately.

Also, the broom closet is set to multiplace, like the utility closet.


Note:
The bathroom with combined utilities was removed, because student housing are hard coded to use only the game's bathroom.

this is a User Experience mod.
you want a cheat mod, and this is not the intent.

both closets will save you tedious waste of click time, and reduce the performance problems the game has later when you have a large tower with many buildings.

if you want a cheat mod, the stats are easy to modify in the mods folder.

you need to enable it in the menu when you start a new tower.
new mods can't be enabled in an existing game.
after that, it is in the asterisk "star" menu button on the bottom left, where decorations are, because all mods are treated that way.
