Zombies Awakening III

Description
IMPORTANT: Multiplayer map, play with unlocked teams as player 1 will select the hunters at the start of the game. Recommended is 4+ players. RANDOM ZOMBIE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, PLEASE SELECT ZOMBIES MANUALLY

This map is a hunting map. There are 1 or 2 zombies while the others are preys, the preys have to build up a strong base to defend their main villagers and try to kill the Zombies!

Preys will make towers and archers and upgrade their Attack in the shop to try to kill the zombies, or they can survive for 2 hours (1 hour on fast speed)

Zombies can buy and upgrade units in the shop. To win they have to kill the preys main villager (called "Main Villager") within 2 hours (1hour on fast speed)

All players will recieve awards every 10 kills. Zombies get rewards for every 10 razings aswell. Zombies will also get 1000 gold every minute as soon as they reach 100 kills and 1000 gold per minute when they reach 100 razings.

Player 1 will select Zombie at the start of the game in the bottom corner. First he will select how many zombies (1 out of 2) with the unit that says First Zombie. Then he has to put the unit in the spot for the player he wants to be zombie. When both Zombie selectors are gone the game will start (Second selector will disappear when choosing to play with only 1 zombie)

From several comments around the internet, my guess is that it is a problem with the game rather than the scenario as it works fine for me and several others to select and host this map. I hope it will be fixed in the next patch!

To make this work offline I would need to make a custom AI script, which I don't know anytthing about unfortunately.

Well, the game engine can't handle that. But yeah that would be a lot better

The gates in this game are bugged and will recieve infinite HP if their HP is altered with triggers. The game engine can only change stats of already existing objects, so there is no way to change stats continuously of an item if an upgrade is available in a looping trigger. The map lagg probably has to do with your connection or some new patch for aoe2HD, since it didn't lagg back when I used to play online.

Hey! It sure is very difficult for humans, but that is sort of the point of the scenario. You need to be quick with getting your defences up! I did make a new version of this scenario but it got some bugs with the 3.8 patch I believe it was that was not fixable. The new version have much faster villagers at the start. Zombies are fast and strong, basically, they're undead, right? What I usually do as human (works almost every time) is to try to get the blacksmith and university tech upgrades quickly at the store, and then go for +200 tower AP as soon as possible. It's also necessary to have several bases to be able to farm enough resources as fast as possible for the upgrades!
