Recon Unit Rework

Description
Recon units ignore enemy zone of control and do not exert zone of control on enemy units.

Recon units ignore movement cost of woods and rainforest by default (as a base ability), and the ranger promotion instead allows the recon unit to ignore movement cost of rivers.

Guerilla promotion has been moved to level 3 in the promotion tree, and give the unit +5 strength when attacking, as well as allowing the unit to move after attacking.

Ambush promotion has been moved to level 2 in the promotion tree. It now increase combat strength by +10, and only applies to combat in woods/rainforest/hills.

Spec Ops now unlock at advanced flight, not plastics. Their range has been reduced to 1. The Spec Ops also has the ability to scale cliff walls (same ability as melee units get with the commando-promotion).

Don't understand the Spec Ops. Have you completely nerfed the air deployment? Could I edit it to make the range longer since I play with a 5 hex city mod?

I don't quite know why or how, but having this mod active in GS causes all Rise and Fall civs and their related leaders, units and improvements to be listed in Spanish.

Yes, I do now. Maybe that was the reason, 'cause it's working fine for me now.
