You can place your assets in mydocs/My Games/Battlezone Combat Commander/addon while you're developing them and then pack them up in an addon type mod (for texture replacements or other very basic multiplayer sync safe modifications) for the workshop. To generate DDS files for textures you need only to make the game read your image files similar to generating MSH files from XSI or FBX. You can also use `game.bakeassets 1` in the in game shell to generate DDS and MSH files.
