Description
Strategic Resources worth fighting for.

Associated empire unique buildings worth destroying. You know, strategy stuff.

This mod nerfs vanilla strategic resources, and a large chunk of their benefit now comes from an associated empire unique building.

These buildings do not consume the strategic resource. You just have to have 1 unit of the SR to be able to build the associated building.

If the planet the building is on is occupied, the building is destroyed. If an empire has none of the SR and has a building that needs it, the building is destroyed.

COMPATIBILITY
This mod over-rides common/strategic_resources/00_strategic_resources.txt

It's probably wise to start a new game if you don't want to your SR benefits to be nerfed in a current one.

But, I think this kind of feature utilizing them in a different way could definitely make the game more interesting without straining suspension of disbelief beyond a reasonable breaking point."

... how can you call them silly when your sector govenor quits from ill health due to substance abuse ... that damn xeno hydro is pukka

odd tho that this even can be an issue, considering i thought they just made the whole hivemind/machine empire flaver simply a thing of swaping variables

The issue is the way capitals are replaced. I'll get a fix into the next update.

DUDE i found a HUUUUGE issue:

for this mod (and the buildings) the machine empire version of the planetary administration (the Planetary Processor) doesnt count as the administration, thus preventing the building to be built
(found it out with the teldar building)
