CODEX-Civilized Alien

Description
*This mod adds the Civilized Alien(Sponser) to Codex Overhaul Mod(by Civilization Beyond Earth Rising Tide)
*And Thanks to Ryika.

But Planetfall have changed everything. Some of landers had crashes in Progenitors ruins, spore finally found a suitable catalyst- human's nerve cells. Soon the nerve cells of the dead colonist became assimilated by spores, and missing link of the infection became recovered. In the vicinity of Wolfe Beetle and Siege Worms mind began to unity- Soon included Human survivors. Now 'Dust Mind' learned about a civilization and the Earth, Furthermore determined that humans themselves.- Born in Earth, left for Earth and prosperity for earth(At least their NEW nerve cells).

...and The network was shortly recovered, a member of the seeding project was a huge shock. They met Dust mind.- leader of the 'Human' colony but consisting of alien species and worms.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sponsor Trait: Alien Mind

The civilized aliens are fundamentally different from other sponsors - their colonies are made up of indigenous creatures but who 'believe in themselves as humans.' They dominated by a unique hive mind called the 'dust mind', which is a mysterious colonial intelligence that inherits the will of the neurons that have left the Earth and learns to save them in their own way. It soon became clear that it was not such a good judgment to host these them, most colonies have agreed to allow 'civilized aliens' believe in themselves as humans, and now they are watching their growth with fear and curiosity.

This sponsor is specialized in Alien troop management and early conquest. Unlike other sponsors they automatically capture the normal alien units that come into their territory, so the aliens are not a threat. Because the systematic elements that can suppress this early war repression factor, civilized aliens can be very aggressive at the start of the game. Especially if you play a hammer and anvil with a captured 'primitive' alien unit and a colossus-siege alien created through Xenomass yourself, human colonies will fall down without interruption.

But they have a very fatal problem - No science Yield from City Early in the game.(-100%)
Civilized aliens can not get any science yields through cities, including Improvement and buildings (the former places the population through the city, the latter part of the city). If the city science output percentage is adjusted, this problem is partially resolved, but even if we consider this- their science yields is extremely low. So you have to overcome this penalty by taking advantage of 'aliens' in a variety of ways.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Unique Improvement: Civilized nest

Unlike other indigenous creatures, the Civilized nest is a village made by extraterrestrials that constitute a 'human society' under the dust mind. Thanks to this improvement, civilized aliens can expand at a rate that can not be compared with humans. But do not forget that this nest is the only improvement you can make unless you walk the path of purity.

What if you want another improvement at the beginning of the game? There is no other way but to take away from mankind.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dedicated units: Civilized Colosseus Aliens

Most 'normal' alien units are not suitable for siege due to animal promotion.(-80% against City ) The only reason they are threatening is that the numbers are close to infinity, and the player has small number of troops due to military capability. Civilized alien sponsor can not have or upgrade an existing non-affinity unit, but can Extremely powerful colossus aliens. Initially, you can only build Leech Monstrosity. However, if you raise the harmony level, you can also produce siege worms and Kraken.

Civilized Colossus Aliens basically...
● +100% against City
● Does not require military capability.
● All kinds of alien unit can be tame.
● Defeated enemy units may join your side and Free Pillag.
● Growth of the City is stopped while this Unit is being built.
● Can build Civilized nest Improvement.
● +1-+100% Strength when Civilization has 1-100 net Health or more
● All kinds of alien unit can be tame.

Note that they do not "upgrade" like other human units. Their initial attack power can be overwhelming, but slower mobility and various production constraints can make you uncomfortable and General aliens in the midst of games do not help war. So if you want to maintain the high quality of your unit, you should keep your colonies healthy.

Additionally. The civilized alien drones are classified as civilian units. He can also tame aliens and build nests, but like farmers can not engage with the enemy. I recommend that you consider this unit as a worker with hovering and high mobility just from the beginning.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Golden Age: Age of Awakening

The Golden Age of Civilized Alien focused on getting their original instincts back and removing their weaknesses. However, With this Golden Age, civilized aliens can also catch up with the technological development of other human colonies. And further more, civilized aliens will not be disturbed by their friends. Unless you are a ruthless same race slayer, your colonies will hardly be attacked by Friends.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Contains a standard leaderscene, as well as leaderscenes for all of the Affinities -- both low-level (4+) and high-level (10+).

DON'T USE THIS MOD. TOO MANY CRASH. PLZ USE ONLY CODEX.
DONT DOWNLOAD THIS MOD,

it make ur game broken.
Even though it looks like it's working. Certain behavior in that civilization seems to cause CTD. When you put this mode in, you get an infinite bounce on certain turns. It runs initially and doesn't work just by adding a leader.

The advice from @Alfred-Rushnano on getting the mod to work:

- Go to the Mod menu and activate a mod. It does not have to be this mod, just choose _a_ mod that loads quickly.
- Click 'Next', wait until the "Configuring game data... please wait."-dialog is gone.
- Click the X-Button of the dialog box (or hit escape), you will return to the mod menu.
- Now disable all Mods except Codex, just choose _a_ Codex that loads quickly.
- then click the 'Next'-Button again. until the "Configuring game data... please wait."-dialog is gone.
- Click the X-Button of the dialog box (or hit escape), you will return to the mod menu.
- Now Choose CODEX and My sponsor mode. then click the 'Next'-Button again

Used it myself, even with other Codex mods, and works, at least for me.

I got it to work following the advice of @Alterd-Rushnano. Good Zerg-like race. Would be cool if someone would make a Progenitor alien sponsor like the Manifold Caretakers/Usurpers factions as well. I'd do so myself but I don't know squat about modding for Beyond Earth. If anyone wants to use my idea feel free.

Hello, is possible for you to create a non-Codex version of this Mod? I've tried, but can't test it because I don't know how to get Moddbuddy to place the newly created Mod in the CivBE mods folder so I can test it...

I've encountered an issue. I've got Harmony Level 6, Purity Level 4, and Supremacy Level 4. The Colonizer is unlocked and works perfect. The Humanized Worker however...it says it is gonna take 2,456 turns to complete a road. A ROAD!

Effectively, this means that the Humanized Worker is useless.

I have installed the Codex Modpack and now my game is crashing (after the intro-video). I am on a iMac (Retina 5K, 27 pouces, fin 2015) 3,2 GHz Intel Core i5 AMD Radeon R9 M380 2 Go. I have disinstalled the game on steam and then re-installed. But no result. Can someone please help me ? Thanks in advance

@Super Warlord Checky
I also experienced a similar problem. This mode changes the LUA again in the CODEX mod which greatly deforms the LUA. - Because of this, I recommend you to use the following method.

Done. When I test the mod - it succeeds in this way.
