Rescaled Enemies Mod

In 1 collection by uberwaffe
Fudgewaffe and submods
4 items
Description
Rescales enemies so that there are bigger gaps between enemy levels.
Also greatly increases the experience earned from combat.

May be unbeatable. But what is hair for if not pulling it out in agonized frustration?

Meant to be used along with the FudgeWaffe and Extended Skills mod.

Compatibility:
Not compatible with mods that edit enemies or experience per enemy.

Scaling:
Base attack difficulty scaling rate is reduced by 75%. Increase in options in new game if you want that back.

Enemies, Level 0: No boost
Level 1: Tiny boost
Level 2: x1.5 stats
Level 3: x2.0 stats
Level 4: x2.5 stats
Level 5: x3.0 stats

Again i tried only the mod in both beta and stable to be sure, along with trying the mod on it's own and with other mods (which i double checked through the other mods info to ensure there was no echanges to enemies or xp values, hence i didn't touch the x10 xp mod), but sure i can send the file to ya, got it uploaded already so i can give you the url to download it.

there is definetly a problem in the mod i don't quite know why but even disabling all other mods this one seemed to cause awareness to be 3600 just felt i should note it

@wmdonlooker : If you do not have any other mods that affect enemies, then please send me the "output_log.txt" in the folder "...\Steam\SteamApps\common\Judgment\judgment_Data"

@wmdonlooker : Do you perhaps also use the x10 xp mod? That mod appears to be incompatible.

I think the update broke the mod, since i've tried both beta branch and the stable branch and enemy values seems to of dropped back to vanilla levels and it's really noticable when the ghosts that were tearing ya to shreds seem to of suddenly started giving the soft touch, then again since i don't know what balancing has been done i could be wrong.

It seems that you've used the old "Enemies" files, please try the new from: "Judgment\Mods\OriginalConfigs" I'm modifying the the enemies myself for now, I've just finished the game on "tough" and it was to easy.

@IKS: This might not get updated. Last time I tried I kept getting crashes and errors when trying to adjust the difficulty curve. I'll try again but cannot promise anything.

Is it compatible now with the release? or not yet, I think I shall wait for this one too, to fully enjoy your awesome mods.

@Jolex: Yeah, I agree. If I was capable of making new art assets, I'd rather add new tiered enemies and not touch the existing ones.

This mod is cool in the way that the minimum hit percentage become 5% instead of 20% but It make the game more linear in the way that tie 2 monster become way stronger than tier 1. Looting for advancer weapon and item become too dangerous and taking risk become too punishing. But on the other hand without the mod everything become singly to easy.
