[B18] Reinstallable Drill

Description
UPDATE 9/20/2018: As of B19, the Deep Drill is now freely repositionable as a game feature, so no further updates to this mod are planned. Thanks!

(This mod has no requirements)

NOTE: This mod was originally made by Billy [U:1:80628317] (https://github.com/WilliamVenner/RimWorld-ReinstallableDrill), but updated to work with B18 by Bent Spork and re-uploaded with his permission.

Makes the Deep drill reinstallable/uninstallable.

Version 1.0 supports movable drill natively, so unless the developer removes that feature, I'm sure it'll still be in 1.1 :)

Hmm, looking at the code, it seems like the DeepDrill is now repositionable freely. Can anyone confirm/deny? I don't have a current save to test with at the moment.

Hey guys, I'll have a look at updating the drill mod. Hopefully it won't be too hard. It was a pretty simple tweak originally.

Yea that seems simple enough that it wouldn't cause issues.. but I've had many crash issues since I've started trying out mods, even the most basic ones seem to cause issues sometimes :( oh well, can't have everything, thanks for making this mod :)
