Updated for Gathering Storm, etc.

OVERVIEW

Akkad
Unique Ability: First Empire
International Trade Routes receive +1 Production for every Strategic Resource in their destination City, and Production from Plots with Strategic Resources worked by conquered Cities is split equally between all founded Cities.

Unique Unit: Nas Qasti (Replaces Archer)
A Ranged Unit unique to Akkad. Costs more than the Archer, which it replaces, but receives higher Ranged Strength and generates Science when trained. Increases the Combat Strength of adjacent Melee Units.

Unique Infrastructure: Sapitu (Replaces Encampment)
A city district unique to Akkad. Provides +1 Amenity and constructs a Road between this City and the Capital where possible. Building Production is increased by +25% in founded Cities and Unit Production is increased by +25% in conquered Cities.

Sargon
Unique Ability: Four Corners
Cities with a Garrison construct the Sapitu unique district 50% faster. Cities on your home continent with a Sapitu receive +25% Production, while those on foreign continents receive +1 Amenity.

STRATEGY

It is said that bravery may take one to the most dangerous of places, but if that place is Sargon's Akkad, only overwhelming firepower may see you through. With Sargon's ability to out-produce even the most productive of enemies, it would be a mistake to push a man to war if war is not only something he has perfected, but pioneered.

Akkadian cities can quickly become productive with a military focus, and may expand their empire rapidly, if not by capacity for production, then certainly by conquest. Akkad may take an early advantage on the battlefield with the Nas Qasti, a unique unit designed to wrought havoc on enemy armies with their bonuses to adjacent Melee units. Furthermore, with the Amenity bonuses they receive from both the Civilization's unique Sapitu district as well as Sargon's unique ability, the Akkadians are in a strong position for an early push toward domination that will set them up as one of the strongest military forces all the way to the later eras of the game, providing there is anybody left to conquer.

It doesn't appear that the production bonuses are actually working, unless it's failing to show up in the UI. Not seeing any 25% production bonus from either civ/leader ability.

Regardless of which Civ I play, my units have this ability listed in the tooltip: LOC_ABILITY_CVS_AKKAD_UU_EXTENDED_DESCRIPTION. Should I create a bug report?
