Research 1 Turn

Description
This mod sets all research/technology trees nodes to take only 1 turn each. The costs that some have gold wise or influence etc stays the same. This mod works for both AI and Human players.

It's working for me with SFO, "0" turns to unlock too.

Is that true? Something you'd actually have to be worried about, that your research gets too high, it becomes 0 turns to unlock, and then you cannot unlock technologies? That seems like a painful drawback if you pick a faction that can raise their research rate. I wouldn't know, I've only played empire so far, and Karl Franz at that.

If the research rate is high enough, then the turn costs become 0, and it doesn't unlock for some reason. Was planning to get some achievements for Lizards, already built Scrying Pools everywhere, research rate 350% or something.
