Very Fast Run Speed

Description
I WILL NOT BE UPDATING THIS FOR THE DEFINITIVE EDITION.

For the Definitive Edition use: https://github.com/LaughingLeader-DOS2-Mods/ToggleSprintDefinitiveEdition/releases

Laughing Leader's mod is both more customizable and has less compatability concerns. My Fast Run Speed mod changed the player root template, which led to some issues with other mods.

Almost doubles movement speed. Does not affect combat stats.

For people complaining about achievements not working with any mod, it is a shame for some of them, but it actually makes sense with this one since there are a few gameplay elements affected by this mod (like being able to run through large-area traps that should have killed you).

@Ironicly Bad Player i had the slower version install and then i tried this one and all the sudden my avatar is screwed, the others seem to be working fine, as they follow each other... im not terribly mad as i was meaning to start a new campaign but still it was a 20 hour save

@nito, i tried a cheat engine table with fast running speed to speed up my compulsive searching habits. It doesn't screw the save, since it's only temporary in memory although it does seem to speed up the movement of every other npc I came across while testing it out which itself could cause problems in ways. my just have to try the other mod, that is a tad slower and see how that works on a backsave. you could try cheat engine, but I donn't advise it after testing that out.
