Fleet Command is online.

The Pride of Hiigara, built to... some kind of scale... with as much detail as I could muster in three months.

WARNING:

This ship once again defies the laws of physics ( engine ) due to its sheer size and detail- it is survival ready, but a great many blocks have no physics, meaning you can fly right through the hull and decks as though they aren't even there. As a follow on issue caused by limitations of the physics engine the interior of the ship is also quite basic- everything you need is there, it is airtight ( though it is not pressurized due to its size- no airvents ), and fully functional, but it isn't much to look at. I have crafted several decks with the majority of the equipment located in such a way that there is a giant staircase and each deck has gravity; the remainder of the equipment is laid out along the insides of the hull in a fairly orderly fashion- best I could do I'm affraid.

This world will take a few minutes to load up due to its size- empty star system, just a few asteroids & the ship; make your own adventure?...

Specs:

Mass: 761,464,000KG
Blocks: 1,192,287
Height: 1520M / 1.5KM

Features:

3 Antennas
20 Arc Furnaces
20 Assemblers
10 Refineries
35 Oxygen Generators
35 Oxygen Tanks
27 Hydrogen Tanks
60 Large Reactors
210 Batteries
57 Large Cargo Containers
61 JumpDrives
Lots of Gyros...
Lots of Ion Thrusters too...
3 Docking Connectors
5 Cockpits
12 Hull Defense Gatlings
2 Large Hangers for Fighters, Corvettes & Frigates to dock safely inside

Survival Ready- NO MODS ( Ice, Uranium & Ammo supplied in the cargo containers ).

Summary:

This is my 'Magnum opus', the result of three months work & many head aches along the way. I would have loved to have built more of an interior, have a detachable side panel and removable HyperSpace Core,
but alas, the out-dated physics engine thwarted me again, I was barely able to add the three docking connectors- no chance at all of a ship-printer or even a welder wall ( welders seem to be hell for the GFX card for some reason too ).
Anyway, from the outside though I think I captured the essence of the in-game model, albeit with some janky 'curves' and corners here and there; please don't bemoan the lack of glowing windows covering the hull too much, likewise with the un-lit hangers.

Stay tuned for more HomeWorld 2 ships though- I plan to ...R.E.A.R.M... a few of my creations and build a few new ones too. Feel free to Like, Share & Subscribe in the meantime though, it really helps to keep me motivated and building more creations for others to enjoy, cheers.

Don't forget to check out the rest of my HomeWorld ships on the workshop, I have a Collection which is updated regularly: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/workshop/filedetails/?id=1818498339

Ah, you need to download SEToolBox dude- it lets you change armour from light to heavy ( or vicerversa ) with just a couple mouse clicks- pretty easy to use too.

I think the problem with my ship is that it weighs 840,000,000 kgs at lest so I'm going to replace all the heavy armor blocks with light, and that will take days :( for you see. http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1125698696

WashableChunk1 Keen has two options, one is to stop weekly updates and focus more on engine repairs or option 2 is to make the game on a more stable physics engine. I am still learning how C# works but that is the only two options that they have left.

Thx hopfully the Devs will make it easyer to process ships with details and curves in the future ,because I can't even continue building that project i spent 1.5 months in with the amount of curves it has. Hope i didn't waste my time trying to build the Black Gate.

@WashableChunk1- the warning is related to physics shapes rather than block-count specifically, but larger ships will trigger that warning more easily as a rule- ships with lots detail ( pointy bits and curves ) really rack up the physics shapes far quicker than boxy looking ships.

I got a question, do you get a warning message from space engineers when you go over a sertain number of blocks beacause when I tryed to make a ship that was over 280,000 blocks it gave me this message. screenshot ----) http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1186426336

suiciedeneil is not wrong. SE is basicly a high quality interactible proformance test
By the way awesome creation

Laptop? There's your issue; SE is basically the modern equivalent of Crysis- you need a half decent gaming PC or top end gaming laptop to play this game with half decent graphics settings- it eats CPUS and RAM for breakfast...
