Kingdoms of the Silk Road -

**********Requires Hegemony Rome and its DLCs as well as Eagle KIng DLC ************

A new mod focusing on the rarely featured area of central Asia. The map covers from the eastern side of The Seleucid Persian empire across the Hindu Kush to Xinjiang province of the Han Chinese Empire and the Tibetan Plateau. North to the Eurasian steppe inhabited by the nomadic Xiongnu and Scythian peoples and south through the Himalayas to the mighty Indus and Ganges Rivers where Punjabis, Mauryan Indian Empire and the Guptas vie for power. The mod will feature 9 playable factions, very diverse and challenging terrain from desert to high mountains and steaming Indian plains, many new units and new building upgrades. I'm am very keen to hear from anyone able to do unit reskins. And if anyone knows how to import building models appropriate to these factions that'd be brilliant. I'd dearly like to reskin units specific to the Chinese, Indian and Xiongnu/Scythian factions.
Playable Factions : Greco-Bactrian Kingdom, Seleucid Persia, Mauryan Indian Empire, Punjab, Scythia, Xiongnu, Han China, Parthia, Tibet.
Progress: Map done. Factions done , reskining RobCore assisting , custom UI done.
Starting Time setting 100BC
Invasions Events; Roman Empire expedition led by Crassus from the west and Gupta Indian Empire from east. Thanks to Fristi61

Vanorah - I assume you refer to the imperfect Indian and Chinese faces. These are quite difficult to mod and I have no particular reskinning or modelling abilities. I'm on the lookout for anyone who does and is keen to help.

im interested in the mod but it would kill my immersion if the map dont corrispond with the factions, so does it?

No problem. I also wanted to have more variety in the Factions and Units :). Let's see what we can do in the future.
