NIWR (3rd Institute)

This institute's purpose is to change the lives of women who made a mistake in their life for the better. Not only that, a safe haven where no one is judged. There are currently three institutes. This is the biggest one of them all. Capable of teaching more than a hundred students a day in two hours. The dorms and the classrooms are now seperated.

You do need to get another mod (or three) for this to work.
