Description
(This mod doesn't work with GS)

Taking back a city that was taken from us and protecting an allied city-state shouldn't be an option only in the Renaissance. This mod shift those two casus belii to the Classical Age, the Reconquest War to the civic Recorded History and the Protectorate War to the civic Defensive Tactics.

I feel like they should be switched - Doesn't it make more sense for a reconquest to require recorded history (To recognize the original owner) and for a protectorate to require defensive tactics (You are defending your protectorate)?

@EssRad, all you need to do is edit the ChangeDiploActions.sql file in the mod folder and add the line

UPDATE DiplomaticActions SET InitiatorPrereqCivic = "CIVIC_DIVINE_RIGHT" WHERE DiplomaticActionType="DIPLOACTION_DECLARE_HOLY_WAR";

Is there any way to move Holy War back? Find it strange that Holy Wars can only be declared in the Industrial, a time when they did not happen. Should be in the Middle Ages.
