A mod that disables the Treaty of Tordesillas feature, that allows a single Catholic nation to “claim” an entire colonial region, granting the first (Catholic) colonizer significant bonuses and any (Catholic) who follows significant penalties. For those who want a more dynamic Caribbean, or dislike how the feature essentially screws over any potential Catholic colonizer (like France) who isn’t Portugal or Spain.

Compatible with any mod that does not alter the “00_opinion_modifiers.txt” file.
