Battle For Dune

Description
A game based on the universe created by Frank Herbert. This game is inspired by both Dune the board game and A Game Of Thrones the board game.

I am the creator of this game, it is currently in prototype stages and any feedback would be very welcome.

Currently designed as a 5 player game (with rules for 3 and 4 to appear later), players take on the roles of either House Atreides, House Corrino, House Harkonnen, The Spacing Guild or Bene Gesserit in a power struggle over the planet Arrakis.

The game features Unique Faction powers and Abilities, Multiple paths to victory, Diplomacy, Alliances, Negotiation, Treachery and War.

The game uses Bidding, Card Drafting, Area Control, Negotiation, Order Programming and the Battle Plan style combat system from Dune (also seen to some extent in GOT, Scythe).

The Mod has ingame rules included, If you have any issue learning the rules or if anything is unclear then please ask me.

The fremen are in the game as an ai deck of sorts

I hope this doesn't come off wrong. But how can you make a Dune game, without a Fremen faction?

Load image failed unsupported format: UNKNOWN supported formats: .jpg, .png, .webm, .mp4, .m4v, .mov, .rawt, .unity3d

Custom table dialog box popped up: Image (?) http://netdna.webdesignerdepot.com/uploads/2014/12/featured1.jpg

Manually visiting that url results in: error code: 1020 (ie: Access Denied)

If players for this mod can manage by themselves little things like changing the white color of the Harkonnen, there is one thing only you can do = it is the zoom (alt) issue on some of your assets.
I talked on reddit about it, and it seems it is related to your UV Map, where the specific images are on the wrong side. So it is showed with the zoom upside/down on our screen.

If I am correct, the specific images (not all) have to be edited just to turn them by 180°

I can help you list the images that have the issue if you want.

this is the first ever test version of the mod, i do plan to make some changes at some point and any detailed feedback or suggestions are very welcome.

Hey thanks, Brainfood. And sorry for the feedback ..was writing while testing. Love the cross between GoT & Dune, it is really well done (and matches good the Dune universe)

Are you still gonna correct/develop a bit the mod, or it is on total stand by ?
