You can get Resource Distribution 2 from this link here, and no, I wont upload it to the workshop :

This addon allows you to place Tiberium crystals and harvest them using the tools in this addon, note that this is a beta and a lot of things can still change.

I found a different way of charging it but I don't know how to set up the harvester and I did connect the raw storage to it. Can someone help.

It works only if white side of TRIP module is pointed at tiberium. If you have done that and it didn't worked - that is a bug of this not very updated addon. Tbh it needs refactoring, or atleast fixing.
