Knew this wouldnt be for me when enemies decided to either all hit me at once and insta kill, or all miss. Second i kick a door open im either dead or im dealing with a bunch of stormtroopers. Really fun to deal with when the game gives no damage challenges. Not to mention the game having pretty bad frame drops when i have a 4080 and a 13900? Yeah im good. The core gameplay is fun atleast

Gameplay is stellar when you're not being surrounded. Not a whole lot you can do when multiple people are hitting you in different directions. But head on 1v1s are amazing. Very fun sword fights

The only reason I would recommend against buying until a later date is so you won't be sad when it ends after Episode 1. But damn is it so good

Wait a good while before purchasing this game. $30 for what? A few maps with like 3 gamemodes and pretty lackluster matchmaking? Not to mention theres only a handful of primary weapons and i think 2 secondaries that are randomly chosen within the match so sometimes you just end up being stuck with the same ones for multiple rounds. The FFA or "Deathmatch" also has worse spawns than Call of Duty. You will actually spawn right in front of someones barrel 50% of the time. The game has great potential. actually playing it feels good and can get pretty intense. But in its current state I would say its worth maybe $15 if you're really generous. I'd probably say $10 is the most fair. Its impressive what just the 2 developers have made, but it really should not have been launched into early access for quite awhile. Just wait before you buy, see where the game ends up

The people leaving negative reviews on here because they don't like nintendo are stoopid. Facepunch didnt have a lot of choice. Garry confirmed that it was from Nintendo. You really think he'd do something as crazy as this if it were fake?

I can't believe its 1995 already. I been waiting forever for this game to come out. I truly cannot was until Lucas's next movie

The modern controls arent horrible. I sort of got used to them after a bit and it was fine. But the camera? What the hell is wrong with it? If you get remotely close to a wall at all you camera just sticks to it. I feel its pretty obvious the modern controls are supposed to give more emphasis on better game control. So why do you have to take away my control over the camera when its near a wall and turn it into some weird annoying fixed camera angle. Not to mention that influences the character movement so all of a sudden you start running in a direction you werent even aiming for until finally the camera zips back to you and sometimes reverses itself. Its such a headache. And man do i hope this changes. I dont hate tank controls, but dont give me an option for something better when that "better" sucks

Its just a Twisted Metal game. Sometimes you get to play as Batman, but hardly. This is a game I wish I could give a neutral review to. Half of the game i hate, half of the game i love. Dont know how they thought the over-usage of the batmobile was even slightly a good idea.
