PROS:
+ Amazing Champion skin.
+ Adds the markings for many Companies.
+ MARK VII RAVENWING ARMOUR SET!!!!
+ Weapon skins are few, but pretty cool.

CONS:
- There are no Ravenwing or Deathwing markings for the right pauldron to make a lore accurate Deathwatch Marine from the 2nd and 1st Companies of the 1st Legi... sorry, the Dark Angels Chapter.
- Every plasma weapon in the game should have a Dark Angels' skin. Saddly, only the plasma pistol does.
- Deathwing Company option, but as a non-Terminator operative, the choice would be a Blade Guard, which pales on graphics vs the Bulkwark Champion skin.
- Right pauldron markings for Battleline role only, not for other roles (e.g. Fire Support).

OVERALL: Asmodai finds you not guilty, but your soul is not pure enough 3/5.

This game is a must-have for fans of the WH40k IP, as there are details only hardcore fans might recognize, for example, the purple eyes of some cadian troopers. For those players just wanting a very good action 3rd person shooter, it's a game that delivers.
Although the campaign is kind of bland, plot-wise, the PVE and PVP modes are awesome and the real game. It makes you feel the power fantasy of a superhuman soldier.
Don't think anyone looking for a good action game would be disappointed by this awesome game.

With a very rough start, this game is in an amazing state right now. Outstanding music and visual effects really get you into the grim darkness of the far future, and the fact that you don't play as a transhuman supersoldier or a very powerful xeno species adds to the dread intended by the game.
Also, with the community growing, it's a great time to join (and enjoy) this amazing game.

The mix between XCOM and WH40K was long waited and it was performed marvelously here. It captures the essence of the hard (near impossible) campaigns the Grey Knights undertake, acompanied by a great OST. A must have for any hard tactics loving gamer and a very good display of the WH40k universe (for bot newcomers and veterans).

A true masterpiece! From the art, the music (OMG the OST is perfect), voice acting, good story writing... It's just awesome. It balances very good your need to feed on human blood (and become more powerful) and your human part that doesn't want to murder (but you end quite weaker). The combat system is challenging at some points (I spent perhaps too much time level 3 fighting lvl 16 NPCs), but there are also stealthy approaches.
Though I had NO problem at all dealing with the epidemic, it's a ncie mechanic that you need to adress nontheless.
Totally recommended, specially for those of us who had a great time with VtM: Redepmtion and VtM: Bloodlines, and are waiting for VtM: Bloodlines 2.

I usually don't like survival games , but Dysmantle is totally addicitive. With fresh graphics and bright colors, the world is designed very carefully. A great job from the devs and a must play if you like the genre.

This game is a piece of art in itself. Nice art, great music and a story filled with hope, suffering, the horror of war and duty to country and family. It's really amazing how polished this game is in every aspect.
On the other side, though I regard this game highly, just buy it on a good sale. I Played it for 7 hours and got every collectible on the first run, without guide (but replaying some missed chapters to hunt for those missing items). Puzzles are not hard at all (I'd say they are rather easy) and this game has really low/no replayability.
So, buy this game as it's amazing, but only on a very good sale.

In my experience with Warhammer 40K video games, this one seems to be the one that mostly resembles the tabletop version. It isn´t by far a "copy/paste" from the TT game, but surely gives you the feel of it. Some mechanics need some polishing (like vehicles are REALLY hard on the front and seem to be made of toilet paper on the rear), some melee combatants are totally useless (don't bring blades to a gunfight...) and psykers aren't that impressive.
It's very nice to see how the models are quite like the ones I used to play against when I just started playing WH40K (2nd ed. with Heretic Astartes from the Black Legion) and keep the feeling that you're playing the tabletop version of the game.
A niche game for us fans and that's it.

What a masterpiece! I own multiple WH40k video games, have played the tabletop game from 2nd ed., and love the lore involved. This game is a cornerstone in WH40k video games and a MUST HAVE for every fan of the franchise. The OST is INSANE (by far the best I've heard on any WH40k game) and the customization allows for a satisfactory experience for almost all game styles, as it allows you to go full melee, lore and canon orthodoxy, balanced, focused on tech priests or focused on "minions", etc.
There's so much detail (and love, for sure) put into this game that Magi speak in Techna Lingua. Also, Lector Domtais Videx, gives us a masterclass on the religious teachings of the cult quoting the holy scriptures of Mars time and time again.
If you want a WH40k game and are not sure which one you should buy (regardless of genre), put your money here. And in the strange case that you love the WH40k lore and don't like this game, please, contact your nearest Inquisitor so he can make you see things right.

Despite being "just a scenario", it's IMHO, by far, the best scenario Civ VI has released up to the date of this review. Very detailed, you can feel it's a hard work of love. I know many players rated this DLC negatively, but it's mostly because it was the first DLC released for Civ VI and part of the most expensive bundle this game had on release.
I'm not a personal fan of vikings (pop culture, actually, made me kind of hate them), but this DLC is pure gold, worth it's price.
If you, like me, love to play multiplayer Civ VI but don't have the time for a full length game, scenarios are ideal and this is the best there is.
Look at my play time and achievements and compare them with many of the players who rated this DLC negatively.
