Bro VAC BAN happens only when suspicious software is detected by steam on someone's PC. YOUR BAN is not OVERWATCH BAN which happens when human investigators check your gameplay and give their verdict. If you have ever used any cheat in the past, deleted it and not using it anymore, you still will get banned when valve comes to know about that particular cheat
