They added an Arbitration clause into their TOS. But waiving our rights to Sue by court goes against the 7th ammendment for U.S citizens.

I dont get how people can take this game this seriously. Like youll go to a bar world and they ask for age like its real life. Im not going to get drunk off of polygons, and Im old enough to not be annoying so its just pointless.

One of my friends told me they got banned from VRChat. They said it was for harassment, but they were never given proof to justify the ban. Meanwhile, you have people who either legit break TOS, laws, or are just simply being absolutely toxic by kicking random people from lobbies, and they never get banned. Devs, wtf? Saying this is unacceptable would be an understatement, because you're banning the wrong players. I'm disgusted, and you should be ashamed...

I've heard of Resonite, ChilloutVR, NeosVR... And aren't they just the same game but with less people playing the game? Maybe less trolls or toxic behavior?
