What to say about Castlevânia : Lords of Shadow is not has bad has some reviews make it sound, they drift quite a bit from the side-scrolling tipe of game it use to be to be a bit more like God of War or even Bayonetta/DMC there is a few bugs here and there but nothing major.
The story is actually good telling us the origin of Castlevânia how it came to be in this new remake world ( nothing to do with the rest of the series), the voices where on point with a good casting of actors.
The only thing that i do agree on some reviews is the exaggeration of time events instead of focusing on the gameplay it self, every single boss/mini boss had at least 2 or 3 of those and that made the battles against them a bit boring amd predictable from my perspective, but unfortunately that became the normal in this tipe of games.
About the dlc or in this version thr last two chapters i did enjoy the first part where you see how Dracula came to be but the Forgotten One didn't quite left an impression compared to the Lords even Satan doesn't make too much sence until you play the second part of this game but i do give the benefit of the doubt since this is not a traditional Castlevânia and they wanted to make an entirely new series.
But anyway it is a good game to play but don't expect this to be like the older ones because if you do i don't advise you to buy it, i do give this game 7.5/10 on my book.

I did enjoy the game it is good there are a few things i dont get it but this is a remake so if they had time to do what they wanted maybe it would make more sense, but is still worth the play.
