already owned this but nabbed it on steam during a discount sale (enjoy steams "cloud-like" library access)

every once in a while an incredibly well done game somehow manages to slip through the cracks and this is definitely one of them

admittedly point-and-clicks were never really my thing but i've always loved edgar allan poe...

a 2D pixel-graphic point-and-click no less, i was astounded at what The Game Kitchen was able to deliver in terms of writing and the horror genre in general. a dark and dizzying trip into madness and the occult, this game managed to make me uncomfortable in ways i couldn't possibly have ever expected from a game no larger than 400 megs

this game is going to be a good buy really at any price

Nyamyam fails to capitalize on an otherwise potentially interesting concept...

never a good sign when game becomes painfully repetitive and unrewarding within the first 10 minutes of play

probably not worth your money even at the bargain price

story and atmosphere are adequate tho i really wish they'd have put more time into the writing and gameplay which were both uninspired and work to muddle what the rest of the game does quite well.

played this game on a different system (almost to completion) and saw it at a bargain price on steam so i nabbed it.

tragically, the much anticipated sequel never came to fruition because some snowflake developer rage quit the project after someone was mean to him on the internet (seriously, that's the gist of what happened... perhaps even less than that). likely a significant factor in why you'd never heard about this hidden gem of a game until now

if your gaming experience happens to date back at least to Zelda: A Link to the Past, then this one is a no-brainer... buy it immediately. really, FEZ doesn't even have to be on sale for it to be a good purchase decision

tragically beautiful, but ultimately one of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ games i've ever been duped into playing

on the other hand, if your IQ happens to be in the 90-100 range, Witcher 3 just might be the best video game ever made

with an up-to-date rig that can run nearly anything on max settings, there's absolutely no reason for me to have to dig around in files and google search in order to get this game to work.

story's kinda sweet.

clean, crisp, great sound, mildly witty... fun.

might resonate more with younger generations...

game is not *too* terrible
