You are beyond right. :) Steam should offer refunds if a game does not work properly, yet Steam keeps it in its store.

Also we share our disgust for many Steam policies.
Like no refund if you played more then 2 hours - even if you can't continue playing because of a technical issue. Or, no refund if you submit the request more then 14 days after buying the game. Beyond absurd.
