This could have been one of the best RPGs of this generation if it was made with more care. Please devs, take your time on Greedfall 2, it could be the new Skyrim!

=== GOOD POINTS ===
- Story is good and involving, lore is awesome and politics are interesting.
- It's very immersive, has very strong RPG mechanics.
- Everything matters, your choices, your skills, talents, build will be meaningful story-wise
- Every little character is interesting, meaningful and important
- Mechanics that resemble Dragon's Dogma, Mass Effect and Dragon Age
- Unique universe, worldbuilding, lore and identity.
- Has great visual design, characters, armors, weapons, monsters, scenario, all great.
- Gives you much freedom to wear, customize and upgrade almost any equipments you want. So you don't need to look ugly for better armor stats.
- Your companions are interesting characters, build a relationship with the player and contribute to story and quests.
- Combat is fun and has it's own charm. Offers a great mix of tactics.
- Some development and design choices were very cleaver and creative.
- Soundtrack is great.
- High replay value as there's multiple choices and endings to every situation.

=== BAD POINTS ===
- You may get some game-breaking issues here and there if you do the wrong thing at the wrong time, you may miss some content without fair warning.
- At times doing a little side quest will have a huge impact, NPCs will remember, etc. Other times the game completely ignores meaningful events that happened (sometimes in the very same quest) and it leaves some big plot-holes. Some times cutscenes and dialogue will tell you to do something but the actual marked objective is the complete opposite. As if they changed the outcome mid-development and forgot to re-record the lines.
- For an "open-world" RPG this game has an awful lot of invisible walls and means to force you to a certain way. You can't deviate too far from the roads before hitting bush-walls. You'll often have to walk miles around nothing to reach a place that was clearly right beside you.
- NPCs AI is dumb, your companions and other NPCs often get you stuck on places, enemies get stuck on stuff, companions sometimes act stupid in combat.
- Colision walls are stupid, you'll frequently be stopped by a litte rock, twig or small terrain gap.
- There isn't much variety of enemies (at the same time there is). There's plenty of different monsters, but most have the same animations and body shape, just different "skins". Also you'll see tons of the same monster everywhere.
- Combat can get repetitive. Despite having a great veriety of tactics, most fights (especially in late-game) punish you for varying too much. Animations are very repetitive.
- Directions are extremely confusing for no reason, it's easy to get lost anywhere, there's too many pathways leading nowhere and the main places get overshadowed, everything is so close yet so far away, map is misleading especially in cities and you have to do too many turns to get anywhere. Places that should clearly connect, paths that obviously should merge are blocked by some little box, rock or bush-wall. This game could use a minimap/GPS.

McPixel 2 was truly their peak but this is a nice closing of the Trilogy!

PROS:
Ok campaign, Multiplayer is probably good, it's fun to destroy stuff.

CONS:
Campaign/Hard: I got way too much health for hard dificulty, AI is dumb, my squadmates are dead weight, i see them unloading a whole magazine in the face of the enemy and not dealing damage to a point it's ridiculous. They push me out of cover, they block my way and glitch me very often. Enemies walk past your squadmates to flank you and they do nothing, sometimes an ally will stay miles behind because they are locked in an eternal fight against an enemy they can't kill and can't kill them so they shoot each other until ragnarok.

There are a few VERY ANOYING GAMEBREAKING bugs and glitches in the story it's almost unplayable sometimes, 11 years on this and they haven't fixed the stupidest things such as you not being able to swim on the 3rd mission and shots not hitting the enemies because there's some invisible colision box blocking them.

This game has SERIOUS clipping issues, random NPCs and vehicles constaintly clip through other vehicles, NPCs, you, walls and buildings in the middle of cutscenes and gameplay as well. I clipped and fell through the floor sometimes.

Other NPC's animations can push you and get you stuck in random places.
You can destroy walls, shoot through steel plates and concrete but not cardboard boxes and plot-armored glass.

Story has some very retarded plot holes such as characters acting like brainlets, making the stupidest decicions and the flarcking US military sending one tank and 4 foot soldiers against hundreds of chinese tanks on a corridor.
As far as storymode goes, this game is overrated, not bad but personally liked BF2 and BF3 better.
