I played through this with my bro in coop. For whatever reason the controls were weird with his control mappings being different from mine but we did manage to play through it. (It used to have online multiplayer as well so if you know a way to play online multiplayer games after the servers shut down, that may work for you.)

This game is an action RPG with cutscenes and more than a hint of influence from Indiana Jones. That means that you also have dungeons full of traps, ancient artifacts, etc. but it never becomes a puzzle game.

Playing through the whole thing and replaying a few areas took me around 24 hours. It's not super long but it's not super-short either.


The story is fine. It involves constant battles with the evil Inquisition (basically filling the same role as the baddies in an Indiana Jones story) and even the title makes sense by the end. It's not a great story but it isn't one that grated or annoyed me either. For a coop action RPG, it's fine.

It's a good play-it-and-be-done-with-it experience so worth a buy, especially if you have someone to play it with. It is old (see the images the store page if you are wondering what it looks like) but it's still a lot more fun than many more recent games.
