Been a fan since the original flash days and bought wrath of the lamb as it came out.

I think Isaac will always have a special place in my heart even if i dont fully agree with some of the updates past Afterbirth+, I love the modding support and used to love antibirth and I got the cardgame (twice).

Just go get it :3

So far, I like this game a lot.

I see a lot of people complaining but a lot of those things don't happen when I play, or I simply don't mind them.
Badly translated stuff can be fun, and the main story is translated well enough where it doesn't really matter, besides thatll probably be fixed in follow up patches.

The game having less content than reloaded is fine too, its a new game not a remake like the other one and its also cheaper than reloaded.
Now I haven't played all that much, but for now I am really happy with it.

Genuinely love this game, it was already really special in Early Access but they completely changed it around from what me and my friends used to lovingly call dungeon crawl SAO into basically darksouls VR and its so nice and deep now.
Pure recommendation, especially great for replay value (lots of different play styles are viable now and also online co-op shakes things up)

I LOVE this game.

The song selection is great, both including and highlighting old classics from a simpler time with bad apple, beatmario knight of nights and cirnos perfect math class, but also featuring a large amount of newer songs representing even the recent games in the series.
The games pacing is aimed towards a bit of a newer player I would assume, on your first go around your characters are simply too low level to get a good rank in the songs youre playing if you choose to do so in hard mode. However thats totally fine since you can grind levels in free play and just level up whatever you want :3

Ofc there is things I dont like as much, the story doesnt really grip me and isnt told in a way that keeps me reading and I am usually a 4key player so I do struggle a lot to adapt to 6 keys on the fly.
Also the danmaku stages take so much multitasking concentration that I really struggle with it, even if I consider myself a great multi tasker.

Despite some things I need to get used to and the (so far anyways) lackluster story, this is a huge recommendation from me! :3

Touhou + SMT, its really good, even for non Touhou nerds or SMT nerds, it explains everything slowly and there is lots of details to learn about the world of gensokyo! I am super in love :3

Mindless smash fun, if you are looking for a smash on pc, this could be it.
Ofc there is the issue that you need to grind quite a lot to unlock all the modes and another character and all but the base 2-3 characters that you get quick by just playing are decently varied and dont drop off immediately.

There is stickers or runes or whatever but those dont seem to make a big difference and I am currently ~4 hours in and I can say its mostly skill based. If someone is worse than you it doesnt matter all that much if they got all the paid features in the world.

Sequal to funny game, still very funny, deeper mechanics and better combat, more modern setting than before

I cant really describe why I recommend this other than funny so pls just get it.

I honestly just bought this for the touhou dlc i saw when browsing steam.

The integration is done very lovingly with many not so overused songs that are still recognizable if youre a touhou fan who enjoys playing rhyhtm games such as Osu with fan made beatmaps,
The artwork for the main menu is also just lovely and its got a very chill vibe.

Besides all of that, the game itself is just a very good 5-7 key mania type game with a lot of songs in a similar selection as id say early day muse dash. Very anime focused, which I see as a plus.

Not neccessarily long or in-depth enough to be recommended just for anyone but if youre an avid touhou fan its a nice little thing to keep you busy.

I previously reviewed VRChat negatively because of the EAC thing and how they handled it etc. but I think thats no longer reflective of the VRChat today. Yes the way they rolled out EAC and arrived at this version of the game was sometimes a bit tactless but...
They genuinely added most things back in that people used mods for and generally strive to improve the game on every platform and keep trying to make it more accessible for everyone and its genuinely making big steps also with a creator centered economy coming soon and the beta of a mobile phone version being released.
