I have never had this much fun with an update in years, my update personally is trying to trade up is alot harder, I would suggest somewhat against this unless you really want something. Overall it gave me the same feeling I felt 5 years ago when the game first went F2P (I played since xbox but never had a computer that could run it at the time) I think the update made the game a bit more of what TF2's direction should've went towards in some aspects in the first place, and others not so much, but improvements are improvements. I rate this game a mere 9/10 since I will always be coming back, no questions asked and is still my most favorite shooter to this day. (October 24, 2016?)

Now with the smissmass update out of the way, I would say TF2's rough 2016 and 2017 years, especially economy wise was not the greatest, but I think just as a game on its own, it has a whole batch of content you can play with, getting weapons and trying new ones, and even just playing around with this game, my hours can prove that a much with me just leaving and coming back for many, many hours in this game. I still give this game a very solid 9/10 like the jungle inferno update from the first release. I would say the community is "different" but I think it was way better than the 2015 and 2016 community back then, even with the game being out for over 10 years and still going is absolutely amazing with how much this team has done off and on with the game. (Product recieve for free meaning I was F2P since 2012, kinda forgot to put that there.) (December 29, 2017?)

With Team Fortress 2's new Jungle inferno & Halloween Updates here, I think the game has gotten a lot better since it's previous update releases, and especially moreover, playing this with friends seems to be the best thing that I was able to do to revitalize my time playing this game again. Whether it would be friends who haven't played it in a while or even friends who never played this at all. The game still holds up for quite a long time and hopefully continues to hold up to this day. Overall I've probably had one of the best times playing this game by far with a bunch of friends through casual matches and being able to have the experiene shared with friends and experiencing some updates together with them. (~ Oct. 2018?)

I'm going to have to leave this on a negative review until the bot crisis is over, it's been far too long the bots have roamed free in the game and valve needs to fix this, their anticheat really doesn't work and casual is completely unplayable for everyone. (June 3, 2024)

Back to positive, I'm glad to see the game get the love it deserves, but I'm still quite hesitant on what will happen next. (July 22, 2024)
