So when running this, I'm getting some stutters on my stream now. If I wanted to beef up my PC for this, what would help the most? RAM? GPU?

as title says, i can't move keyboard to any tracking method that isnt my left wrist. reinstalled and tried beta too

So just like the subject line says, when I used to have OVR Toolkit, it would shut down the same time you turn off Steam VR. Now, it continues to run even thought there is no headset on or detected. When I go into Steam to cancel the program, it does not shut off. Sometimes, I have to exit Steam completely before OVR Toolkit will shut down as well. I have verified the applications files several times but still encounter this issue. Is there a setting I am missing or some function I haven't activated? Or ...

So, after I reinstalled OVR I can no longer click on anything that OVR brings up. It'll load perfectly fine and everything, but I can't open windows or use the wrist watch. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times and that doesn't seem to fix it....

It worked a few weeks ago, but now it doesn't! I've got it selected and OSC enabled etc but it just doesn't seem to want to show anyone what i'm listening to. Spotify is the selected app as well. What am I doing wrong here?
