Opinions will vary but first off: It's a FREE GAME, it may be simple but still, people took time out of their day to make this, critique them but be positive, This may not be the next R.R. Martin but its good enough to be in my Fav list along with some of C. J. Cherryh's books.

Pros:

• The stories I cried both in sadness & joy, depending on the ending

• Some broken english (but easily understood)
  
• Backgrounds (they are simple and few (and the full moon to cresent doesn't make sense)
  
• Don't see the characters enough, would've been nice seeing the main's charas friends
  
• Not enough expressions
  
• The cop notes didn't fit in the middle of the story, maybe at the beginning like before they went into the woods or something would've been better

After all is said and done, it's a FREE GAME, it is something I will recommend to any VN game lover, play it through, see all the endings, then never play it again but I will enjoy the memories this game gave me.

I'm a Huge Halloween fan, so it was easy for me to pick this up for a try, We've ran our own haunted house for over twenty years now, Haunted Hill in MS, it's a Thousand feet to get through it all with over two dozen styles of rooms to get through. Maybe its that unknown in the darkness that I enjoy, the fear that lets you know you are alive~like in this story.

I hope everyone gives this game a try, if you truely don't like it, then by all means that is your opinion, I just ask that you give at least the freebies a more positive additude so that maybe they will improve and go on to make the next 'Moonlight Sonata'.
