[Save your money - not much content]

Bought it May 2024 because I was hooked on seeing the step-by-step building constructions and "unique" battles.
After 15 hours, ran out of things to do.

The remaining hours were trying to beat the game at the highest difficulty, which I failed. Because the AI manages to field 12 squads within the 1st year while you're barely able to field 1.

Needing to use an exploit to beat it is just lazy balancing by the devs.


1.5 years later, barely any progress in the development and content.
Can't recommend it at this stage.

I rather pay 25% more and get a well polished game like Clair Obscur: E33.

Buy this game to experience time travel.

"30 min later", its 3am.

10/10 would not give a dam again.

Tried to play the game during free weekend.

- Takes 8 mins to render shaders on an ssd.
- Can't change the UI size.
It's a game for ants.

This game makes Elden Ring look easy.
10/10 would lose my sanity again.

Can't recommend it, control feels clunky. Building and demolishing rooms and walls are a chore with how difficult it is.
Even with things going on, it feels lifeless and dull.
Fast forward isn't fast enough.
I'm just buying it to look pretty among my stashes of games which I don't even play due to reasons like this.

Just get the Dungeons franchise if you're into puns and dad jokes. Better voice acting, slightly better micro controls.

Managed to put in a few hours during the free-to-play weekend period. Game is ok.
You open up a campus, manage courses, find teachers, find janitors etc.

Personally speaking, 80% of it is just similar to their Hospital game. Pretty repetitive.
Just choose one. You won't miss much.

This DLC is fine if you're

1. A save scum perfectionist.
2. Wanting to try the OP gears from the bosses.
3. Literal futtbuck moments since the bosses move every action you take, and there's no indication which map they appear.

Generally, I dislike roguelite games due to it's steep learning curve, lack of tutorials and linear gameplay.
Not this game tho. Everything is randomized, the good kind.

You wanted Beavers for woodworking and that efficiency bonus? Nope, you get Lizards.

You relied on stones for exploring options and breaking crates? Nah, only clays here.

Want to unlock a certain kind of building blueprint that you're used to? Here's 4 totally different, "useless" options instead because you're too lazy to explore new things.

Oh yea, repeat this mantra: "Just 1 more round".
