(the following is from the perspective of someone who plays PoE for some time now and enjoys the game, new players probably gonna have a nicer experience ...)

GGG has accidentally made one of the best games of all times ...

... but then the Chinese overlords came and said "Big dollarsign games have much RNG, frustrated players buy lootboxes, we get dollarsign, now go implement!!". GGG: "but ... (were about to say that their lootboxes don't make the game progress faster)", overlords: "no buts, the only things that sounds like but that we like is the but in "we'll kick your butts if you don't do what we say""

GGG makes the game ♥♥♥♥ RNG fest while telling the players "you don't know what fun is, we do!".

Players: "no one asked for this except the you know who clown on Twitch, we are not having fun and even the said clown complains now"

GGG: "No, you wrong, that's our philosophy: *tells something about how the game should be* (even though what they are doing in their patches are making the game go completely opposite to what they said their philosophy is)

Players: "your attempts at making the current league didn't change much, game is still not fun"

GGG: "No idea why you don't have fun, we saw someone winning the lottery inside the game and they seemed to have fun, also we basically nerfed the ♥♥♥♥ out of the deterministic progress because uhm we uhhh ... yeah!, we did add some quality of life to it and therefore we had to nerf it, not our fault that it's not usable anymore, average noob didn't reach maps, who cares, now go pls buy our recent lootbox!

(ok, the overlords thing might be a conspiracy thing, but it doesn't change the fact that they either don't know what they are doing or that someone from above, who also is completely incompetent, told them to do certain things)

I've stopped playing PoE and also no dollarsign from me, bye.

Good Game.

Space ninjas hunting space nazis, ultra capitalists and virus infected communists. Great selection of different torturing tools and methods. Great soundtrack, mostly consisting of distant grineer death groans.

Once I've met an orc summoner. I've kept him alive so I could splatter more orcs with my power hammer.

Best relaxation game ever!

Just doing my usual trading card routine and the game seemed to look like fun. Tried it out and it was awesome.
+1 for the mouse input.

Yet another lazy port: Why do we have to use UPlay? It crashed 3 times and I had to close Steam to get me logged in. And what's the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ point in putting mouse acceleration into your game and not including the option to turn it off? Well Ubisoft is now on my blacklist.

PS. Gues what? They probably let their interns code this ♥♥♥♥. I lost several hours of gameplay because saving online has a random chance to fail and that's the default setting.

Worst Deus Ex ever on the PC.
