malcatras' maiden is insanely good wtf

what an insane first visual novel to introduce me to the genre. i think it will be a long while before i find a piece of media that cuts me as deep as that story did.

so much of that game is insanely memorable, raw and just speaks to my core! i genuinely haven’t seen anything depict aspects of my relationship with anxiety, trauma, neglect & manipulation in such a visceral manner.

the execution of the aesthetics of this game was like handcrafted to be moving and inspiration & omg?? the music!? sooo so sick!

insanely beautiful & moving work all around! im crawling on my hands and knees begging you to give this story a chance to move you, like it did me! i think i have new things to talk about in therapy now ugh omg!
