I am only 18 hours in and this is the first From Soft game I have really gotten into but plan to give Sekiro another try when I am taking a break from Elden Ring. Simply, this may be the greatest game since Zelda: Ocarina of Time that I have played. I am in my 40s and gamed my whole life off and on. The ways to approach situations are very open and lack of skill can be overcome by farming your stats a little bit in more familiar territory if desired. The world is open and expansive and the enemies are as varied with their attacks as they are artistically. I cannot give enough praise to this game. 10/10 and will age gracefully. Well Done.

edit: 199.9 hours and a non rush playthrough has proven to me Elden Ring is the greatest game of all time and realistically should be in most everyone's top 5. The scope of the game is just awesome and there are so many different builds to try, areas to explore, ways to approach the bosses that the replayability factor is incredibly high for a mostly single player game. I didn't and don't plan to go online for multiplayer but the depth of this game offers so many people multiple ways to experience this masterpiece.
